I'm Hawi James Ouma — a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and Narrative Guide who helps individuals find and develop the conviction, confidence, clarity and courage they need to pursue their dreams, goals and life purpose.
This isn't just a profession. It's a calling born from my own journey — from feeling lost and unworthy of my own story, to discovering that the very wilderness I was walking through was preparing me to guide others.
I believe every person carries a "treasure box" of potential — often buried beneath the weight of past mistakes, fear, broken relationships, self-doubt or the stories others have told about them. My work is to help you find that treasure and share it with the world.
