My coaching isn’t just a profession; it’s a mission born out of the belief that no young man is a “lost cause.” My work extends beyond boardroom offices and private homes into the heart of Kenya’s juvenile justice system.

The Lifesong Kenya Mission

As the founder of Lifesong Kenya, I have spent over a decade working within boys’ remand homes and prisons. I’ve seen firsthand how the “wrong story” can lead a young man into a cycle of crime and despair. By introducing Narrative Therapy and Restorative Justice, we help these young men:

• Re-author their identity away from “criminal” to “contributor.”

• Heal from the trauma of fatherlessness and abandonment.

• Acquire the life skills needed to reintegrate into society with dignity.

When you hire me as your coach or consultant, you aren’t just investing in your own growth—you are fueling a movement. A portion of every professional fee is channeled back into our prison outreach programs, providing:

• Mentorship for boys in school through cycling, football (soccer), reading and aftercare support

• Reconciling incarcerated boys with their family, those who have been wronged and the community.

• Transition support for boys exiting juvenile prison and returning home.

• Community workshops to prevent drug abuse, conflict and gender-based violence against girls, women and vulnerable groups

• Transitional housing, education, meals and other essential needs for boys staying at our Halfway House
